fine ribbon cut kale leaves, massaged with lemon juice, and tossed with minced garlic, basil, hemp seeds, candied pepitas, sesame-tahini vinaigrette and cucumbers

zesty chipotle-lime vinaigrette, sweet corn-red pepper-onion salsa, crispy corn strips
