The Bandaloop Soup  
called soup du jour by some, changes daily, always vegetarian.

Wilted Organic Spinach Salad
a quick saute of red onion, broccoli, artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes, finished   with sheep's milk feta, and toasted pine nuts.

Fresh Chiffonade of Kale
fine ribbon cut kale leaves, massaged with lemon juice, and tossed with minced garlic, basil, hemp seeds, candied pepitas, sesame-tahini vinaigrette and cucumbers

Roasted Red and Gold Beet Strudel
warmed with local goat cheese, lemongrass-basil vinaigrette, toasted pepitas

Bandaloop House Salad

mixed greens, cucumber, tomatoes, broccoli, and marinated red onions, topped with olive oil croutons and choice of:  
           sesame-citrus-tahini vinaigrette
             roasted garlic-tomato-chipotle pepper vinaigrette
             lemon-balsamic vinaigrette.
