Junmai Ginjyo is a more refined and aromatic sake produced at colder temps … Zen is a medium-dry style

 

Koshi No Tousetska, Junmai Ginjyo, “Snow Flowers of the Koshi Region” ……8

This Junmai Ginjyo has a very dry, light and delicately fragrant style

Junmai Dai Ginjyo is the highest grade of sake…Genshu is rich, very full flavored yet dry…Great Sake!
